Callum Williams Motorsport
Mothership Branding was approached by Callum Williams Motorsport to create a sponsorship proposal booklet designed to attract and engage commercial partners.
Throughout production, communication was fluid and consistent, ranging from text exchanges to real-time video calls, to form a continuous feedback loop that drove production forward. Once the visual direction and language was established, this orchestrated the rest of the booklet, with cohesive design elements and an AIDA structure (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) throughout the document from the beginning and end of the project.
Once the project was signed off, collaboration did not stop there. On multiple occasions, the client returned to Mothership Branding to update the asset with relevant information, such as when Callum Williams Motorsport sought out partners for the 2025 BTRDA Rally Championship season. Over time, through ongoing consultation and guidance, the client developed the confidence to make their own changes independently, needing only the occasional review.
