We offer a versatile services ranging from: concept design, creative, printed collateral, to social media design and content. Video creation and 3D work also forms part of what we do at the Mothership. This also includes sales and marketing assets, such as pitch decks and proposals documents, and campaign collateral.
If you’re looking for website ideas and design, we can help you with that and make recommendations and referrals for website building.
Our market sweetspot is primarily targeted towards: Owner/managed enterprises, Start-ups, SMEs, Community-centric, CICs, charities and the Third Sector.
If you do not think you fit into any of these categories, I am still happy to have a discussion and do my best to support you with the services that I provide.
Of course! Brands, messaging and services evolve and develop over time, often in response to changes in the marketplace. Helping and advising clients evolve and update their own ideas or existing brand/identities is a frequent scenario for us.
‘If it’s not broken – don’t fix it' is an important principle. Re-energing what clients currently have is often all that’s needed.
We have access to the latest tools and technologies from Canva, the Adobe suite, and so forth. Design, creative and content tools are constantly evolving. We make the investment and learn how to master them so you don’t have to.
You have the Vision (what) and the your Mission (why) - we at Mothership bring the who and how vital to execution and success.
One of the main advantages of considering the Mothership is our bespoke, project by project approach to fees and charges.
We offer one free hour of consultancy as part of an initial fact find in most circumstances. This will help give us a clear understanding of the scope and complexity of the brief and with this, a reliable estimation of costs.
We offer the following options for fees and charges:
1. Hourly rate – based on total agreed hours required to fulfil the project as defined.
2. Fixed fee – an ‘all in’ fixed charge.
3. Staged payments – usually at commencement, key stage of process and when signed off as complete.
Payments can be made by direct money and bank transfer apps.
The keys to a successful and Right First-Time outcome include:
• A clearly defined and agreed brief for the project.
• A realistic timeframe for the project – along with agreed milestones and key stages of production.
• Realtime quality control and quality assurance and approval signed off stages.
• Agreement and understanding on the terms of service and our collaboration.
In simple terms: In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied with our work, a resolution discussion will be held, subject to outcome . Any and all approved costs incurred will be payable, and the design/time element may be discounted in part or in full.
("AI" in this context refers to large-language models such as Anthropic's Claude and algorithmic image generation models such as Google's Nano Banana).
As with most new and emerging technologies and innovations , the key is to better understand where technology adds meaningful value, helps drive great results and can save time and therefore money.
We are hardwired and obsessed with producing truly authentic and original work. Equally, we understand the role technology and innovation potentially has to play when it comes to transforming early concepts into high quality projects and ultimately results.
Our collaborative approach ensures that our customers are and feel involved in the process. We can go from full on old school analogue to a blended AI + traditional execution of go full bore AI, or pretty much anywhere in between.
AI and technology can be very effective in taking out much of the early legwork and non-value add process which means speed and efficiency without compromising quality.
"Just how much AI" will form part of the initial pre-project briefing session.
